The paid health assessment includes comprehensive blood tests (clinical and biochemical \u2013 key indicators of bodily function), an ECG examination, spirometry (lung function testing), and a physician consultation. During the consultation, a detailed overview of the individual\u2019s health status is provided, relevant questions are addressed, and, if necessary, the patient is referred to an appropriate specialist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We provide cardiological health examinations and see patients with heart conditions. During the consultation, blood test results are reviewed, and an ECG as well as an exercise ECG test are performed, based on which appropriate treatment and further management are determined.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Based on the results of the recreational athlete health assessment, both beginner and experienced recreational athletes receive essential guidance to plan and carry out their training more effectively and safely. It is important to understand one\u2019s exercise tolerance, as the consequences of overtraining can be harmful to the body. Training and physical activity should therefore be approached consciously and responsibly.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
