The health assessments offered by Terviseuuringud.ee have a significant preventive impact on the functional evaluation of cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and lung systems. In cooperation with our laboratory partners, we provide comprehensive blood analyses and health examinations.
Paid health assessment
The paid health assessment includes comprehensive blood tests (clinical and biochemical – key indicators of bodily function), an ECG examination, spirometry (lung function testing), and a physician consultation. During the consultation, a detailed overview of the individual’s health status is provided, relevant questions are addressed, and, if necessary, the patient is referred to an appropriate specialist.
Cardiological health examination
We provide cardiological health examinations and see patients with heart conditions. During the consultation, blood test results are reviewed, and an ECG as well as an exercise ECG test are performed, based on which appropriate treatment and further management are determined.
Recreational athlete health assessment
Based on the results of the recreational athlete health assessment, both beginner and experienced recreational athletes receive essential guidance to plan and carry out their training more effectively and safely. It is important to understand one’s exercise tolerance, as the consequences of overtraining can be harmful to the body. Training and physical activity should therefore be approached consciously and responsibly.
Young athlete health examination
Terviseuuringud.ee participates in the Health Insurance Fund–financed prevention project “Young Athlete Health Examinations for the Prevention of Sports-Related Health Risks.”
Physiotherapy
Ülemiste Physiotherapy Clinic provides modern rehabilitation services, including physiotherapy, for patients with a referral from a physician (general practitioner or specialist). We also serve patients with private health insurance and offer paid appointments.
Ultrasound examinations
Ultrasound (sonography) is a safe and effective diagnostic method that allows assessment of various internal organs, blood vessels, the thyroid gland, muscles, and soft tissues. Ultrasound examinations are radiation-free and suitable both for detecting medical conditions and for monitoring treatment.
Services for companies
We have developed specialized health examinations designed to help key employees avoid overload and reduce health-related risks. It is also possible to enter into a service agreement that enables employees to access specialist consultations quickly or undergo a comprehensive health assessment at our clinic.
